Ring was beautiful and arrived on time. She absolutely loved it the moment she saw it! Got the last one of this kind that was in stock, but it was the one I've beed looking for. Diamonds were sparkling and shiny and the white gold was pristine.Update 12/11: About one week after receiving the ring, one of the small diamonds on the side fell off. I promptly contacted Dazzlingrock about the issue. Although I was a bit irritated at first, Dazzlingrock was very professional and courteous and worked with me for a solution. They offered to fix it and pay the shipping both ways.After about a week in the repair shop, they sent the ring back to me. Not only was it repaired and cleaned, they even provided us with a cleaning cloth so that we can keep it looking beautiful for many years to come!All in all, despite the diamond falling off, it's a great ring. Thanks to Dazzling rock and their great customer service, the ring looks even BETTER than when we first got it. If you want the best way to buy jewelry online, buy Dazzlingrock.

Seller does not cover ANY warranties!!! DON'T BUY from Dazzling Rock

The ring is very refined, simply gorgeous....It was a swiftly shipped and the ring intact. Great piece of jewelry. Still needs to be given to my girlfriend, but am sure she's going to be dazzled with it. Got one of the last or the last by the way! :PUpdate 12-January-2013One of the ring's main diamonds fell off... very sad about this issue. I've sent an email to Dazzling Rock's customer service and waiting for their answer. As soon as I've get a response I'll post it here.Update 24-January-2013Contacted the seller Dazzling Rock via email as per amazon suggested. A lady from Dazzling Rock by the name of Monique answered 1 time to my email and then disappeared. We agreed that I WOULD PAY THE REPAIR... Still she never sent me a payment method nor the shipping address to the repair shop in which the ring would be return to normal.The days passed and my emails went unanswered... The warranty has passed after 3 weeks of sending emails to Dazzling Rock without no response and now they won't cover anything...TO ALL PEOPLE WHO WANT TO BUY FROM THIS SELLER....DON'T DO IT...IF A WARRANTY APPEARS THEY WOULD JUST WAIT TILL THE WARRANTY PERIOD IS OVER AND WOULD NOT COVER YOU ANYTHING...Right now am sending this case to amazon's customer support because the seller just ignored my warranty... DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! HE STEALS YOUR MONEY WITH DEFECTIVE RINGS!!!Update 26-01-2013Dazzling Rock is not been responsible to me (their customer)... So I decided to fix the ring by my own means, this will cost me $150 approx... Seriously if you want an outrageous and dissapointing experience for something so special as your engagement ring. Buy Dazzling Rock and you'll get 0 customer service, as well as just ignored... Low quality products and no warranty at all... Defective products?... you better have some money saved to repair it yourself!PS. Amazon offered me a partial refund even if it's not their problem... Is cheaper to repair it than the refund... Still thx to amazon to offer me something!

Just after a month, one of the smaller diamonds on the band fell out (Luckily she found it on our bed.) Around the same time she noticed that the large diamond had a large crack in it. After about three months a tiny diamond went missing on the large diamonds spoke at the very top. Within a year the band was very dented and scratched. She never does any serious handling of anything that could have danaged it. She loved it at first and still does because it is her engagement ring. It holds sentimental value but if I knew this is how it would have turned out I would not have bought it. I would have purchased from someone more reliable on their quality. To this day I am always checking to see if any other diamonds have fallen out. Very disappointed in this product.
