I love love love the ring and give it 5 stars. It is elegant and expensive looking and I get comments on it all the time. However I give the seller only 3 stars rounding out my total experience to a 4. When the ring arrived (which took about 8 days from when I ordered) it was missing a stone. I promptly contacted the seller via Amazon and they gave me instructions on how to return the ring. It cost me $24 to have it shipped back because the seller told me I was required to purchase insurance on the return package. Not a huge deal at first but then 3 days after I already shipped the ring back the seller sent me an email telling me they were providing me a free return label - what?? They already had me pay to return it so why send the return label now?? Anyway I asked them since I was misinformed and already paid if they would send me the replacement with expedited shipping for free - which they did. It took a total of another 8 days to return the first ring and receive the replacement which was perfect. A do give them a plus for always responding to my inquiries in a timely manner. I would buy the ring again.
