Let me start off by say the product was awesome, the customer service was great at first. But I bought one of the rings to small, thats where the problem with this company is. This was suppose to be my wedding ring set now I bought another set because tribaljewelery.com has said they never got the returned ring or just flat out won't call me back, or I get the run around by their customer service. I had no problem with all this until I had to return for an exchange. So if anyone decides to get some thing from them make sure its right the first time.

Love the rings they were exactly what I expected. I wish I wouldn't have paid for the expedited shipping though, it was expensive and I am sure it didn't cost them that much for the shipping. Other than that they got my item to me very fast and they have been great. I have ordered a second set of these rings from them too! I would recommend them to others!
