Received the ring as scheduled. My wife noticed after having the ring for 1 year there appeared to be a crack/chip by one of the prongs holding the center Diamond. We had it checked locally by Jewelers and it did appear to have a very small crack in the stone. We notified the vendor and they said to ship it to them they would look at the ring. Their phone service was excellent, complete with the information on how to ship, making sure they had our Email for follow up information, etc.. They followed up with a phone call immediately after receiving the ring to notify us they would be replacing the stone and shipping it out a.s.a.p. As promised we received the ring on the expected return date, fixed and looking good as new. I can't say enough about the service....they obviously know how to take care of customers. I would recommend this company.

This ring is extremely beautiful, very elegant, and it looks much cuter in reality than the pictureThe only downside was that the center stone was not as shiny or bright as expected, however, i have contacted customer service and they agreed to exchange it with a better stone, the exchange was very quick and the new one was sooooooooo beautiful it made me cry :)Thanks Diamond-Me, this is won't be the last time i buy from u
