Do not buy Stone will fall out.

I purchased this ring in May of 2012. I really loved this ring. In January of 2013 8 months later the center stone came loose. I checked other reviews and people had the same problem stone actual fell out! I contacted Amazon they would do nothing to fix the problem. This issue should be backed up by Amazon especially because the problem was know.

I purchased this ring for my fiance because it's features are beautiful AND the setting protected the center stone. Imagine my shock when she called me, in a total panic, as she had found that the center stone came out and was lost. I checked the mounts and the ring itself. It looks unmarred. Since Amazon doesn't offer insurance, the $650 is basically down the drain. Am I angry? Absolutely! Purchased on October 2nd and gone on November 9th. Mounts that came loose in under forty days? Unfortunately, I'd never purchase jewelery from Amazon again, unless they had some type of insurance. Though to have a stone break loose after a little over a month tells me that the real quality leaves something to be desired. This is the first BAD review I've given. It's tragic that it's for my future wife's engagement ring. Thanks, Amazon!
